About Working Solutions

On our journey to becoming publishers, we began working as editors and designers in the early 1970's. During the late 1980s when computing and electronic pre-press became both affordable and practical, our customers asked us to help modernize their publishing departments. Slowly, and quite unintentionally, our business grew to resemble a computer consulting firm. We provided hardware and software printing solutions for companies and state colleges and universities in Western New York, and surprisingly found ourselves selling and supporting hardware and software, while teaching our clients how to best utilize electronic pre-press to expand their capabilities and increase their profits by lowering the cost of day to day operations.

In the 1990s, we continue to sell electronic pre-press hardware and software to companies looking to produce hardcopy. However, our clients now wish to deploy both the Internet and create their own Intranets for publishing and E-Commerce.

This site is primarily a tech support and customer service site for our clients purchasing hardware and software. We hope to continue to expand our support options in the future.
