  Can I upload a database to use as a company directory?
 

You can upload a comma-separated value file (CSV) into the company directory, dining guide, nightlife guide, staff profiles, shopping cart, and broadcast email modules. You specify which columns of the file match to each column of the database when you upload the file.

  When uploading a file for adding/updating a directory, can you specify add or update?
  No. Records that do not exist are added. Records that already exist are replaced by the record in the file you upload.
 
  Can a directory item listing be appear in more than one category?
  Yes, but you must add the database item to each category as a separate directory item, which will cause the directory item to appear multiple times in the directory.

  How are categories created?
  When entering data manually, you create categories on the Categories tab, then select the appropriate category in each item detail screen. When uploading a database (CSV file) into directories, the categories can be created automatically from the database file, if the database includes categories in it.
