Can others in my
organization or business also log on to the web site and work
on the web site? |

Yes,. Another person (or persons) can even work on
the site as the same time you are also working on it.
Not only that, but you can restrict access so that a person
will have access only to the tools or web tasks that you want
them to have. For example, if you only want a staff
member or volunteer to add news to the site, then when
that particular person logs on to the web site to do
something, he or she will only see the news article tool. They
will not see other tools, and therefore, the only thing they
can do is add or edit news. |

How easy is it for me to create special member-only access to
web pages? |

Very simple.
Any page on your web site can either be restricted or
unrestricted by a simple drop down menu from within the
Freedom page editor. The entire process takes on a
couple of seconds, and as a result, you will easily be able to
setup up private pages on your web site not searchable by
search engines, and also not accessible by the general public
but only reachable by either others in organization, or your
members or special clients. |

What is
News Syndication?

There are
two types of news syndication. Firstly, there is
a module that allows you to create RSS news feeds to
broadcast news to other web sites. This is actually much like
Apple's Podcasting but sends web page content not audio files.
Above and beyond that powerful capability, there is a special
news syndication tool that allows you publish formatted news
to other web sites using our Application Suite.. The other sites receive a
notice that they have received an article from you, and can
either chose to publish it to a designated area, or not. |

Are
there updates planned for the Application Suite? |

Our development team
continues to update the product several times per year. When
the updates are ready, they are installed for you
automatically. There is nothing for the end-user to install.
You will simply find the new features available for you to
use when the new updates are released. This is yet another
example of how the administration headaches are issues
avoided by using our solution.
