1. What's your policy regarding payment?

All customers must prepay all services. All pricing is guaranteed for term of the pre-payment. Setup fees must also be prepaid. In order to get special rates, payment for certain types of service will require a credit card, and permission to bill the credit card when renewing the serviceable term. Often an authorized signature on paper, authorizing the renewal is required.

2. How do I pay for design work?

Design work always requires a deposit, which varies depending upon the type of work, and the size of the job. After completion, the job must be paid in full before it is uploaded to the site.

3. What's your policy regarding refunds?

Once a monthly billing period has begun, refunds are not available for that month. If a client is receiving a special group rate, or has a special discount due to pre-paying period longer than one month, refunds are also not available. 4. Are there any policies regarding using E-mail to advertise my site?

Yes, using your E-mail at CloseRange to send unsolicited commercial E-mail is not permitted and may result in cancellation of your account. Contacting those who visit your site is best accomplished by inviting visitors to use your guest book list, or an information request form. In such instances, E-mail sent these potential clients no longer violates accepted E-mail procedures.
